• Eight years of teaching experience B.Ed. and BA. B.Ed.(Four years integrated course) at college and university level.
• Six years of research experience at National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

Contribution to NIOS in last one year

• Completed four research projects, findings of these studies will help in strengthening the existing system of NIOS.
• Course coordinator of one D.El.Ed. course and facilitated training for coordinators and resource persons.
• Coordinated survey and  training programme for coordinators of Jammu and Kashmir .
• Coordinated in providing information/replies of parliamentary questions/grievances/communication with different members of organization.
• Coordinated and prepared internal and external report on Peer-to Peer Quality Assurance Audit Framework.
• Monitored and evaluated research projects which has been sanctioned by NIOS under Scheme of Grant in Aid for Research Projects in Open Schooling(GRPOS) successfully.
