• Working as Academic Officer (Biology) since July, 2012-till date.
• Two Years Experience of Guest Faculty for "Environmental studies" undergraduate classes (BCA & B. Pharm.) at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi
• One year experience as a Senior Technical Assistant Under the plan of "Bringing Green Revolution in Eastern India" and "National Food Security Mission", Krishi Bhawan, Ministry of Agriculture, New Delhi.
• Delivered Science Talk Shows and discussions regarding Environmental Issues, broadcasted from Yuvvani,Vividh Bharti Division and Indraprastha Channel since 2001.

Contribution to NIOS in last one year

• Coordination and Development of e-content for Science and technology (212) at Secondary level at MOOCs platform.
• Coordination and Development of e- content for Biology (314) at Senior Secondary level at MOOCs platform (in progress)
• Developed videos for Science and Technology at Secondary level and Biology at Sr. Secondary level for Swayam Prabha channel.
• TMAs and Standardized Marking Schemes for secondary Science and Technology and Senior Secondary Biology.
• Developed Audio programmes for Science and Technology (212), Biology (314) and Mass communication (335) through Muktavidyavani.
• State Coordinator, Mizoram for Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed) programme  for in-service untrained teachers launched by NIOS an initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development
• Conducted Orientation programme at Mizoram for the stakeholders for the smooth implementation of D. El. Ed programme at state level.
• Compilation, editing and finalization of Annual Report 2016-17.
• Member of Core Committee for parliamentary answers and replies to letters from MHRD Govt. of India.
• Performed Examination duty for public examination.
