- Ms. Anshul Kharbanda works as an Academic Officer and External
Relations Coordinator in National Institute of Open Schooling. She
is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a trained teacher.
- She holds the Chair of the Asian Region of COMOSA.
- She is the team leader for Gender-Green Teacher (GGT)
Programme, training teachers on issues relating to gender and
environment.
- She is coordinating for Gender Sensitization Project at NIOS
and Peer-to Peer Quality Assurance Audit between NIOS and
BOU-OS.
Experience
- Ms. Anshul has worked in various C.B.S.E and I.C.S.E. Schools
in different parts of the country and has 10 years of work
experience as a teacher.
- During her recent visit to Commonwealth of Learning from
January-March, 2018 for a study tour she learnt about Open
Innovative Schooling model, Theory of Change, Research Based
Management, Technology Enabled Learning, Teacher Education, Girls
Inspire and Gender Mainstreaming. She also completed a Gender
Mainstreaming course at COL. She was exposed to the development of
ODL Policy in Vanuatu and surveys for skills video impact
assessment developed by Emilu Digital Media with the support of
COL.
- She is trained in applying the Institutional Gender Scorecard
for Gender mainstreaming developed by COL.
- She has also led the team for the British Council International
School Award (ISA) for fostering team building, innovation and
project management.
- She served the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia
(CEMCA) as an Intern from 27 March 2017 to 1 April 2017. During the
period of her internship, she was given complete exposure to the
working environment of CEMCA, which is regional unit of
Commonwealth of Learning, Canada.
- She participated in Refresher Programme on ICT in ODL for the
Teachers and Academics in IGNOU organised by STRIDE from April
6th 28th April, 2017.
- She participated in 27th Orientation Programme
from 22nd May-19th June 2017
organised by UGC-HRDC, Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishvidyalaya,
Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat, Haryana.
